The Rose – Sustainable Living
April 25, 2016 – The Rose, a sustainable, affordable housing project in Minneapolis, MN, designed by MSR Design with structural engineering by Meyer Borgman Johnson is showcased in a new article in the May/June 2016 issue of ArchitectureMN magazine, available on newsstands now. Aspiring to meet Living Building Challenge criteria (the most rigorous and broad of all current sustainability frameworks), the project surpasses LEED standards in many areas, such as water usage, energy, air quality, and local sourcing. The project was also featured last October in Architect Magazine. See the article here: http://www.architectmagazine.com/project-gallery/the-rose_o.
