Feasibility Studies

Good decisions about process, budget, and schedule are based on reliable, early-phase information. To help you make informed choices about your project, we provide feasibility studies to address a wide variety of situations. Critical structural data is gathered using the most current nondestructive testing methods. Examples of feasibility studies include:

• Evaluation of structural integrity of existing buildings to determine the appropriateness of adaptive reuse
• Roof structure evaluation to determine the feasibility of adding new roof top mechanical equipment, roof decks, or green roofs
• Determining the feasibility of removing large areas of existing floor and roof structures to create new atriums, skylights, elevator shafts or stairways
