Overview
Designed and constructed in fewer than twelve months, the steel-framed facility consists of 60,000 square feet of office space and a 140,000 square foot warehouse / production area. To meet the aggressive schedule, an early steel package was required for the design-build project. Exterior wall panels are precast concrete.
