Overview

The Eleven is a 550-foot-tall, 43-story luxury condominium tower situated on West River Parkway along the bank of the Mississippi River. The concrete tower will contain roughly 125 high-end units with 8,000 square feet of retail along the parkway side of the development. Parking is distributed over the basement and 7-story podium, topped with a large amenities deck at Level 8 that includes a pool and outdoor spaces. Construction materials are flat plate cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete for the residential tower with cast-in-place concrete core walls providing lateral wind resistance. There are more than 45 column transfers within the tapered 6-story crown at the top of the tower. Foundations consist of high-capacity drilled piers bearing on competent bedrock.
