Overview
Located along the Mississippi River near the historic Stone Arch Bridge, this 340,000 square foot urban residential project encompasses two nearly identical buildings. Both are wood-frame structures over two levels of precast concrete parking and together contain 236 loft style units. To reduce noise between floors, 9-inch trusses were used to accommodate special sound-insulating strips placed between floor and ceiling. The transfer floor and upper level parking are constructed using precast plank beams and columns.
