Overview
The 191,000 square foot renovation of Coloplast’s Minneapolis campus comprises three project areas, using a variety of structural components. One is a six-story, 100,000 square foot office tower addition, framed with cast-in-place concrete. Another is the link and cafeteria, which consists of a two-story structure with a cast-in-place concrete second floor and structural steel roof framing system. The third is the renovation of 1525 Building, which involved a structural conditions survey, significant roof strengthening, new openings in exterior walls and roof, and infill of the existing loading dock at the west side of the building. This project is registered for LEED certification.
