MSC Magazine Features MBJ Structural Design

MBJ principal Dan Murphy, PE, and Craig Bursch, PE, have coauthored an article, which appears in the August 2007 issue of Modern Steel Construction. The article is a case study of the James I. Swenson Science Building at the University of Minnesota Duluth. One of the most challenging aspects of the project was the design of a three-story, 80 foot span that straddles Kirby Drive, a significant campus thoroughfare. Click here to read the full article.
