The project involves the renovation/conversion of the former Northfield Middle School into an arts facility that will provide performance spaces for theater, dance, and teaching, a museum, galleries, and classrooms. The 145,000 square foot building covers a full city block and is located close to the Carleton College campus. Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle is the architect.

MBJ was also recently selected to provide structural services for two new office buildings and the renovation of two existing facilities on the Microsoft corporate campus in Fargo, ND.
