MBJ was the structural engineer for Midtown Lofts, which recently won a Merit Award given by the American Institute of Architects Minnesota. The multi-family housing project, located at 28th and Colfax Avenues in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was praised by jury members for its environmentally green design and use of materials. Elness Swenson Graham was the architect.
