Description: The basic structural system is a post-tensioned concrete beam and slab system utilizing high performance concrete, which allowed a quicker completion of the project (one year). Exterior cladding is precast concrete panels and cast-in-place concrete spandrel beams. Features include a fully isolated, cast-in-place concrete beam and slab lobby and stair tower, and a skyway linking the ramp to its associated office building.

Description: This post-tensioned parking ramp has two bays. The lobby, which is set apart from the ramp area, is designed to accommodate a skyway planned to span Stinson Boulevard. Vibro-compaction was used to prepare the site for construction.

Description: The ramp is a post-tensioned concrete beam and slab structure that spans 265 feet without any expansion joints. Because minimal excavation was desirable due to a high water table with possible contamination, part of the first level utilized a two-way post-tensioned concrete flat plate. Exterior walls are precast spandrel panels with four-foot-wide masonry piers at selected columns.

Description: The overall structure of the ramp uses precast concrete, including columns and shear walls. The floor system is precast double tees, which allows 60 foot spans, eliminating columns at the edge of the drive spaces. Driven pipe pilings were used for the foundation. (Phase 1 pictured)

Description: The five-level parking ramp is designed to accommodate two future levels. Retail and office is housed on the ground level of the west bay and part of the east bay. The tenants are an exercise and a medical treatment clinic. An underground tunnel to the north connects to an existing tunnel crossing under 28th Street.
